People-first

We write for homeowners actually trying to sell, and we aim to leave them able to act.

Accurate and sourced

We don't invent statistics or market data. Where we cite figures or rules, we attribute them to authoritative sources such as CREA, provincial real-estate regulators, or the CRA.

Reviewed where it matters

Legal and financial guidance is reviewed by a qualified person before publication.

Dated and maintained

Guides show when they were published and last updated, and we revise them as processes and rules change.
