Thoughtful Design & Options Every home is different. We walk through layout possibilities, construction considerations, and upgrade options so you can make informed decisions. When applicable, we provide phased renovation strategies to allow you to continue living in your home during construction. 3. Material Selection Support Clients select and purchase their own finish materials, such as tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, and accessories. We provide access to trusted suppliers and guide you through the selection process to ensure everything is compatible, ordered correctly, and scheduled at the right time. 4. Clear Estimates & Next Steps Following the site visit, we prepare a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, assumptions, and timelines. We review everything together so expectations are clear before moving forward. 5. Organized Construction & Site Protection Once construction begins, we focus on professionalism and care. Our team implements extensive dust control and site protection measures, maintains clean and organized work areas, and communicates progress throughout the project. Licensed trades are coordinated as required, and all work is completed in clearly defined phases to minimize disruption. 6. Walkthroughs & Completion We conduct walkthroughs at key milestones and complete a final inspection to ensure everything meets expectations.
